The Early Birdie Subscription Memberships are good for one (1) Golf Quest 60-ball bucket, at Golf Quest at one (1) time each day. The Subscription Membership is valid for one (1) 60-ball bucket of golf balls each day from 9AM – 12PM, Monday – Friday. The Early Birdie Subscription Membership will not be valid during any other time period. A Designated Individual will check in using their first and last name and a valid photo ID confirming their identity. Other individuals may not check in as a Designated Individual on the Subscription Membership. If you choose this Subscription Membership, you agree that as a condition of your continued Subscription Membership at Golf Quest, you authorize Golf Quest or its agent to charge your Payment Card for the Subscription Membership fee (plus applicable taxes), that you selected at the time of purchase and each month following until you cancel the Subscription Membership. To cancel your membership, login to your account at https://www.mindbodyonline.com/explore or access your account via the Mindbody app. If you cannot access your account via Mindbody Online, please call us at 203-775-3556 to cancel.
The Early Birdie Subscription Membership must be paid for by a valid Credit Card. A Golf Quest gift card will not be accepted as a payment type upon purchase.
